Decks come with a 25-year product warranty.
Trailers are registered and warranted and come with a 1-year workmanship warranty.
Delivery is at the purchaser’s expense we can connect you with a specialised transport company.
Site readiness is the purchaser's cost. We can connect you with some local companies to help with this.
Consents - please check with your local council for consent requirements. We can only advise on Western Bay and Tauranga city council requirements, we deal directly with the council here for the up-to-date regulations for these areas.
Kiwigold Tiny Homes are built according to the NZ Building code using sustainable products where possible.
